We want you to love your Albaray pieces, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items for a refund or exchange within 28 days of receipt. All items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags securely attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package the Items
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring the returns form is included inside the parcel.
Ship the Parcel
Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team has inspected your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 working days.
